RENTAL CONDITIONS

1. The customer is solely responsible for all actions related to the use of the vehicle, for all violations of the traffic and parking codes, as well as for all damages caused to the scooter, even through no fault of their own, within the limits of the amount indicated in point 2. At the time of rental, please check the condition of the scooter with our staff.
2. The vehicle is covered by third-party liability insurance, as well as theft insurance, which requires a deductible to be paid by the customer at the time of rental. The rental deposit is equal to:

3. The use of a helmet is mandatory.
4. The customer is responsible for the loss of the vehicle documents (the vehicle registration document and the original insurance coupon).
5. Gas is not included; please restore the starting level. In case of refueling, a penalty of €5.00 will be applied for the service plus € 3.00 for each missing level.
6. No refunds for rental  fee paid
